Position: Guest Services Rep Part Time-104020
About: Extended Stay America is currently seeking a Guest Services Representative (GSR) who is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. The GSR will be responsible for assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling payments according to company procedures, completing necessary front office paperwork, and ensuring safety and security measures are followed diligently. The role involves maintaining a clean work environment and promoting ESA’s service culture with respect and kindness towards guests and associates.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months of related experience and/or training; ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in using property management system technology; strong problem-solving and customer service skills
