About: Extended Stay America is currently seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide excellent guest experiences by assisting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and procedures. The role involves front office duties, guest assistance, and maintaining safety and security standards at the property.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; proficiency in English communication; ability to operate property management system technology; strong problem-solving and guest service skills
