Position: Guest Services Rep Part
About: Extended Stay America, a hotel company, is seeking a Guest Services Representative (GSR) who is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. The GSR will assist guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, collect payments, and ensure adherence to company safety and security procedures. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness in various hotel areas and engaging in cross-training in housekeeping and laundry.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months of related experience and/or training; ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in property management system technology; strong problem-solving and guest service skills
