Position: Guest Services Rep Part
About: Extended Stay America is currently seeking a Guest Services Representative (GSR) who demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests. The GSR is responsible for assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, and ensuring compliance with company safety and security procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; proficiency in English communication; ability to operate property management system technology; good problem-solving skills; ability to address and solve guest-related issues
