Position: Guest Services Coordinator (CFM-B) – FT
About: Wheeler Mission Ministries is a privately funded 501(c) 3 non-profit, evangelical Christian ministry dedicated to sharing the Gospel and helping the homeless and impoverished. Employees are encouraged and expected to share the Gospel as opportunities arise. The position is for a Guest Services Coordinator at the Shelter for Men at Wheeler Mission.
Requirements: High school diploma, 1+ years of successful work experience demonstrating dependability, flexibility for different shifts, verbal and written communication skills, willingness to work towards HSE, desire to learn and develop, ability to learn software systems, familiarity with non-profit programs, guest relations, de-escalation skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Mission Tracker Software, belief in the inerrancy of the Holy Bible, physical capabilities to perform job functions, adherence to WM policies including Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality, passing a background check, remaining addiction-free from drugs or alcohol, adhering to WM Drugs and Alcohol policy.
