Requirements: High school diploma or GED and one-year related experience; ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner; ability to organize workflow and coordinate activities; ability to maintain effective customer relations; excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, the Internet, and other relevant software; knowledge of campus history and guest room features (training available); knowledge of Winston-Salem city roads, directions, and surrounding areas; ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to meet the requirements of the University’s automobile insurance policy
