Position: Guest Services Agent (Full Time)
About: Stonebridge Companies, a hotel company located in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the primary contact for all guests, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes while providing exceptional guest service throughout their stay.
Requirements: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions.
