Requirements: 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Hospitality; 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a high-volume call center or customer service; High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Experience in a similar resort environment; Experience with Opera and HotSOS; Experience with Outlook and other Microsoft Office products
