Position: Guest Service Representative
About: Schulte Companies is currently seeking a Guest Service Representative for their hotel located at 70 N East Ave. As a part of the Schulte Companies team, you will be responsible for greeting guests, providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, processing reservations and check-ins, assisting with luggage and transportation, maintaining lobby and common areas, and promoting hotel amenities and services.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively; strong organizational skills
