Position: Guest Service Rep/Driver
About: Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services on campus, assist with patient transportation and valet services, and collaborate with various hospital departments to enhance the patient experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of customer service experience; 1-3 years of hospital or healthcare experience preferred; 1-3 years of driving experience, commercial (buses, trucks, etc.) preferred; excellent communication skills; efficient understanding of customer service; positive attitude; current valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
