Requirements: Ability to focus attention on guest needs; Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language; Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team; Detailed and service-oriented with an eye for detail; Recognized commitment to Guest Service; Proficiency in Property Management System and Microsoft Office
