Position: Guest Service Agent/Night Audit (Franchise)

About: The La Quinta by Wyndham hotel in Columbus, Ohio is in search of a Guest Service Agent/Night Audit (Franchise) to join the team at LaQuinta Inn & Suites Columbus West. The role involves accommodating hotel patrons by registering guests, issuing room keys, transmitting messages, keeping records, handling reservations, presenting statements, and collecting payments. Key duties include greeting and welcoming guests, registering/checking out guests, handling payments, addressing guest requests, and maintaining a clean front desk and lobby area. Successful candidates will have basic math and computer skills, be attentive, maintain a proper uniform, show flexibility in scheduling, and have a friendly demeanor. Required qualifications include knowledge of the English language, public safety and security, clerical procedures, computers and electronics, and administration and management.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in hotel or customer service roles; Strong communication and organizational skills; Proficiency in basic math and computer operations; Flexibility in work schedule
