Position: Guest Service Agent (m/w/d)
About: As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a smooth reception process at the hotel. Your responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries, preparing for accounting tasks, managing reservations, coordinating room assignments, and handling correspondence.
Requirements: Completed education in hospitality or motivation to start as a career changer; enthusiasm for working with guests and a strong service orientation; friendly and team-oriented demeanor; flexibility and initiative; good communication skills in German and English; experience with hotel software is a plus
