Position: Guest Service Agent – Full Time
About: The Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to deliver exceptional guest service and support hotel operations, serving as the primary contact for front desk technology systems and guest relations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience preferred; background in extended stay industry advantageous; fluent in English with other languages beneficial; proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera systems; ServSafe and TIPS certifications may be required; valid driver’s license necessary; physical ability to stand, bend, lift items up to 50 pounds, work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
