Position: Guest Service Agent – AM and PM

About: The Guest Services Agent (GSA) at Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is responsible for providing exceptional guest services and support for the Operations Manager, ensuring smooth front desk operations and technology system management. The GSA represents the brand as the first point of contact for all hotel guests, handling in-house guest relations and ensuring a high level of service during their shift.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; background in the extended stay industry is a plus; fluent in English with knowledge of other languages beneficial; strong verbal and written communication skills; basic mathematical and budgeting skills preferred; problem-solving, organizational, and training abilities preferred; experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred; ServSafe and TIPS certifications required; valid driver’s license required; ability to perform physical tasks and work varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
