Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Schulte Companies is currently seeking a Guest Service Agent for their hotel located at 145 Graphics Dr. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for greeting guests, checking them in/out, answering phone calls, making reservations, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions, handling guest complaints, maintaining accurate records, handling cash transactions, and collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a hotel front desk or concierge role preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively; strong organizational and multitasking abilities
