Position: Guest Service Agent

About: The Guest Services Agent (GSA) at Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, handling front desk operations, and providing support to the Operations Manager. They are the primary contact for Front Desk technology systems and in-house guest relations, representing the brand to all hotel guests.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience, or retail customer service preferred; previous background from the extended stay industry preferred; ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; professional verbal and written communication skills; mathematical skills; problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities; experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred; ServSafe certification required; TIPS certification may be required; valid driver’s license required; ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting items up to 50 pounds, handling objects and equipment, and standing for extended periods; availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
