Position: Guest Service Agent
About: TRU by Hilton is currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join their team. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for consistently and professionally performing all front desk duties in accordance with hotel and brand standards at TRU by Hilton.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year guest service experience in a similar size property with PEP experience; ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; ability to prioritize and organize; clear thinker with the ability to handle guest complaints professionally; able to work effectively with all departments; willing to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights; maintain a professional appearance; able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; passionate about providing excellent customer service experience
