Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Camp Bow Wow Albany is a premier pet care service located in Albany, seeking exceptional individuals to provide loving care for dogs and superior customer service for pet parents. The company offers a fun, safe, and upscale environment for dogs to play, romp, and receive attention. They are currently looking to hire a full-time Guest Service Agent.
Requirements: Must love dogs and demonstrate no fear across all breeds and sizes; possess excellent communication skills; have a positive attitude, be detailed oriented, trustworthy, punctual, reliable, and responsible; able to multi-task; available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; physically able to lift 150+ pounds; have a reliable personal vehicle; available to work during the hours of 6:15am-7:45pm; be 18 years or older; have proven experience in excellent customer service and sales; team player.
