Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Home 2 Suites Norfolk, a hotel located in Norfolk, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to represent the hotel to guests throughout their stay, assist with registration, room assignments, and special requests, and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, sales-minded, and familiar with hotel operations and services.
Requirements: High school diploma at a minimum required; 3 or more years of hotel operations experience preferred. Must have developed language skills in English for reading, writing, and speaking effectively. Must have developed reasoning abilities and basic math skills. Computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office 365, Outlook, internet browser programs, and email. Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform various physical tasks. Must work well in a stressful environment, communicate effectively, and handle guest interactions professionally.
