Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Sonesta International Hotels is currently seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to join their team. The GSA plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of guest service and front desk operations, serving as a key point of contact for in-house guest relations and representing the brand to all hotel guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; professional verbal and written communication skills; experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred; must obtain a ServSafe certification; must obtain a TIPS certification; valid driver’s license required; ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical abilities to stand, bend, climb, kneel, and lift items up to 50 pounds; problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities preferred.
