Position: Guest Service Agent

About: Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to deliver exceptional service at the front desk, serving as the main point of contact for guests and ensuring smooth operations. The role involves handling technology systems, guest relations, and representing the brand to all hotel guests.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; background in the extended stay industry desirable; fluent in English with additional languages a plus; proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera systems; ServSafe and TIPS certifications required; valid driver’s license; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and engage in various tasks around the facility.
