Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Fairfield Inn & Suites Norman is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, register, and serve guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards. The role offers growth opportunities to advance to positions like Front Desk Supervisor or Sales Coordinator, and further to Front Office Manager or Sales Manager. Responsibilities include greeting guests, registering guests to rooms, handling payments, reservations, and guest requests, as well as ensuring guest satisfaction and following sustainability guidelines. The work environment may involve standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous customer service experience or equivalent training required; knowledge of PMS systems preferred
