Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Double Tree by Hilton Worthington – Columbus is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide efficient and friendly customer service, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to all standard operating procedures. This role plays a vital part in revenue generation through exceptional customer service. The position requires handling various guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent experience; three months to one full year of employment in a related position; working knowledge of Front Desk services and hotel operations; ability to operate computer equipment and reservations system; proficiency in English; ability to lift up to 60 lbs and push/pull 120 lbs of luggage; standing, walking, lifting, and pulling for 90-95% of the time; continuous standing for 95% of the time; ability to climb stairs and communicate effectively with guests
