Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Residence Inn Albuquerque North is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, register, and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards. The role involves handling reservations, payments, guest inquiries, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous customer service experience or equivalent training required; knowledge of PMS systems preferred
