Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Charter Senior Living is seeking a Guest Service Agent to represent the hotel to guests throughout all stages of their stay, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient handling of reservations and guest requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and attention to detail to provide a seamless experience for our guests.
Requirements: High school diploma required; 3 or more years of hotel operations experience preferred; language skills to read and interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively in English; reasoning abilities to apply common sense understanding and interpret business records; computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Office 365, Outlook, and internet browser programs; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform various tasks; ability to work effectively in a stressful environment and adapt to changing priorities.
