Position: Guest Service Agent-1
About: Sonesta ES Suites Princeton is seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to join their team. The GSA plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests and maintaining the front desk operations with support from the Operations Manager. With a focus on technology systems and guest relations, the GSA represents the hotel brand as the primary point of contact for all incoming guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; fluency in English required, additional languages beneficial; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills preferred; experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred; ServSafe and TIPS certification required; valid driver’s license required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
