Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible and long hours sometimes required; ability to stand during entire shift; effective communication skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; attend required meetings and trainings; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with standards and regulations for safe hotel operations; handle and solve problems effectively; maintain confidentiality; show initiative and anticipate guest needs; cross-train in other hotel areas; maintain a positive attitude at all times
