About: The TownePlace Suites in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to maintain clean and attractive guestrooms while providing excellent service to guests.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand during entire shift; effective communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize duties; attendance at required meetings and trainings; compliance with hotel standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and show initiative; willingness to cross-train in different hotel areas
