About: The Fairfield Inn East in Evansville, IN is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to uphold Brand Standards by maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive and efficient service to all guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; ability to exert physical effort, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand during entire shift, and work in indoor and outdoor hotel settings; effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and attend required meetings and trainings; compliance with standards and regulations for safe hotel operations; problem-solving and proactive approach to guest and operational needs; maintain confidentiality and positive attitude; willingness to cross-train and take on additional duties as needed.
