Position: Guest Room Attendant
About: Doubletree by Hilton is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to oversee and coordinate all third shift front desk operations, complete all end of day computer requirements, and ensure all financial transactions are verified and in balance. The role involves maintaining professional, friendly, and engaging service while cleaning guest rooms according to brand standards and addressing maintenance issues promptly. This position requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment at the hotel.
Requirements: Must have at least 1 year room attendant experience in a similar size property; ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; ability to stand and walk for long periods, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds; capable of professionally handling guest complaints; willing to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights; maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service experience
