Position: Guest Relations – Sumner Place
About: Sumner Place is seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Coordinator/Receptionist to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and anticipate the needs of all individuals entering the facility. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and involves tasks such as greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and completing various projects with computer software. The ideal candidate will excel in Microsoft Excel, Word, Canva, possess integrity, a hospitable attitude, and a willingness to serve older adults.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Canva; experience with telephone switchboard, copier, and fax machines; strong integrity and caring attitude; passion for hospitality and serving older adults
