Position: Guest Recognition Specialist/Group Rooms Coordinator
About: Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Guest Recognition Specialist/Group Rooms Coordinator to join the Reservations team at the Palm Beach Island’s only Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort. This hybrid role is responsible for Guest Recognition Specialists and Group Rooms Coordinator functions with the ability to work across South Florida properties. The role reports to the Director of ResCom at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach.
Requirements: Must be fluent in reading, writing and spoken English; ability to analyze guest situations and exceed guest expectations; strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS; luxury hotel Sales and/or Operations background preferred (minimum 3 years); willingness to work all shifts including AM, PM, weekends, and holidays
