Position: Guest Experience Representative
About: ASM Global – Brookshire Grocery Arena, located in Bossier City, LA, is seeking individuals to join their team as Event Services Staff. This position involves providing assistance to guests throughout the venue, ensuring compliance with building policies and procedures, and offering excellent customer service during events and performances.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED and one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to work independently and make judgments; flexibility to adapt to different situations; exceptional customer relations, communication, and problem-solving skills; effective collaboration with various stakeholders; ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly; must be at least 18 years old; able to pass background and reference checks; physically fit to stand for extended periods of time
