Position: Guest Experience Manager, Catering
About: Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to join their Catering team. As a Catering Guest Experience Manager, the role focuses on providing clients with a memorable catering experience while managing Event Operations/Catering Cast Members and maintaining a positive work environment. This position acts as the liaison between various internal teams to ensure successful events.
Requirements: At least five years of Catering or Convention experience in a resort environment or relevant field; understanding of the Convention business; experience in coordinating events; creativity in problem-solving and enhancing guest experiences; ability to empower and manage a team; capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and stressful environment; adept at conflict resolution and team management; availability to work weekends, variable shifts, and holidays
