Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; Previous customer service experience and a passion for engaging with children and families is a must; Ability to train and lead a team with a fun, outgoing approach; Excellent communication and motivational skills required; Must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and be open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays
