Position: Guest Experience Host – Café
About: LEGOLAND Discovery Center – Westchester is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Guest Experience Hosts in the café department, offering memorable experiences in a magical and safe environment. This role provides an opportunity to cross-train into the retail department as needed within Merlin Entertainments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months – 1 year experience in food service/concessions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service; dynamic and friendly personality; excellent communication and listening skills; ability to work in loud and confined spaces; self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills; flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
