Position: Guest Experience Event Associate (Part-Time)
About: Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and The Momentary in Bentonville, Arkansas are looking for a Guest Experience Event Associate to provide outstanding customer service to all guests and members. The institutions actively collect, exhibit, interpret, and preserve outstanding works that illuminate the American heritage and artistic possibilities. Founded by Alice Walton, the museum and contemporary art space are public, non-profit charitable organizations with free admission.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED and similar experience preferred; associate degree from an accredited institute of higher learning preferred; enthusiasm about being a team member at a major performing arts venue; excellent attendance and punctuality; ability to be patient, flexible, and focused on customer service; ability to multi-task; ability to be a team player; ability to use good judgment; ability to recognize and address customer service concerns professionally; good command of general computer applications and basic math skills; minimum 6+ months of experience in customer service or related industry preferred; prior experience working with computerized cash register system and accurately balance a cash drawer preferred
