Position: Guadalajara Bartender – (Part-Time) – Boulder
About: This job posting is for a Bartender (Barman) position at a company that requires preparing and serving drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all company and health department standards and policies. The bartender will also be responsible for processing transactions using the company’s P.O.S. system and maintaining a fully stocked bar without overages or shortages.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement is 21; must be able to communicate effectively; must be able to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration; knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks; must have cash handling experience; must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice, and liquor guns.
