Position: Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader – Up to 80% Travel – Must be based out of Philadelphia
About: Philadelphia is growing in 2025 and looking for Growth Assistant Restaurant Leaders to join the Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers team. Competitive salary plus monthly training incentives are offered.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred; 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience; advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, and cost management; new restaurant opening experience preferred; must be 18 years of age or older; detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities; self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; proficient in technology systems including Microsoft Office; able to work various shifts and travel for work-related functions; possess a valid driver’s license
