Position: Group Hospitality Sales Manager
About: The Boston Red Sox Group Sales Team at Fenway Park focuses on creating and managing various Group Sales and Group Hospitality packages, offering all-inclusive game day events with curated food and beverage options in private and semi-private spaces to ensure a first-class experience for every guest.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in sports or event settings; proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving quotas; strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration; excellent customer service, communication, time management, and organizational abilities; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with tools like ProVenue, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach, and Conversica is a plus
