Position: Group Facilitator

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in group facilitation or relevant field preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathy and ability to guide individuals through challenging situations; organizational skills and ability to maintain control in group settings; ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; reporting skills to provide updates to the Clinical Director
