Position: Group Events Supervisor
About: The Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino is seeking a Group Event Supervisor to oversee Catering & Banquets operations. The supervisor will manage the Assistant Catering & Banquet management team and hourly team members, ensuring events are executed promptly and to guest expectations.
Requirements: Minimum five years of progressive Catering & Banquet operations experience; Experience leading large teams in both bargaining and non-bargaining environments; Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Strong organizational skills with a solution-driven and analytical mindset; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels; Proactive with attention to detail; High School Diploma or GED required; At least 21 years of age
