Position: Group Events Specialist
About: The Worcester Railers HC is currently seeking a Group Events Specialist to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to excel in ticket sales within the sports industry while contributing to a dynamic and rewarding environment. The Group Events Specialist will focus on generating new business through Group Ticket packages, Premium Hospitality group packages, and Suites, as well as maintaining relationships with Season Ticket Members.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Sales and/or service experience in a sports or hospitality industry a plus but not required; Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office; Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills
