Position: Group & Event Services Manager, Disney Cruise Line
About: Disney Signature Experiences offers family travel and leisure experiences beyond theme parks, focusing on planning, executing, and coordinating premier experiences for contracted groups, marketing events, special services, VIPs, and weddings for Disney Cruise Line and A&E. Disney Cruise Line, a leader in the cruise industry since 1998, provides a family-focused setting with five current ships and plans for additional ships by 2031, including the Disney Adventure setting sail in 2025 from Singapore.
Requirements: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in group sales, services, or corporate event management within the travel industry; minimum 3 years of team leadership experience; strong leadership and collaboration skills; ability to plan complex itineraries and work independently while keeping key stakeholders informed; proficiency in basic computer functions; excellent verbal and written communication skills; flexibility for a 7-day a week operation including days, weekends, nights, and occasional travel.
