Position: Groundskeeper/Porter – The Accolade on Chestnut (Student Living)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property; ability to maintain the physical aspects of the community, grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal; experience in property management, maintenance, or related field preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks; excellent communication and customer service skills
