Position: Groundskeeper/Porter – Prose Columbus

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property; experience in property maintenance preferred; familiarity with property maintenance tasks and processes; ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents; strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks; knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
