Position: Groundskeeper/Porter
About: A National Property Management Company is looking to hire a Groundskeeper/Porter for their beautiful apartment community. The Groundskeeper/Porter will be responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas under the supervision of the General Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements: Full time position; prior Maintenance/Janitorial experience preferred; team player; self-motivated and independent worker
