Position: Groundskeeper/Porter
About: Strategic Management Partners, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/Porter to ensure the day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property. This position reports directly to the Service Supervisor/Property Manager and involves tasks such as completing maintenance service requests, monitoring building systems, and preparing units for occupancy.
Requirements: Education/Experience/Knowledge of: Requires the ability to read and write English fluently and perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions; minimum of one to two years’ previous experience in property maintenance or related field; proficiency in repairing major appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, sheetrock, carpentry, pool care, roofs, gutters, and painting; ability to lift up to 100 pounds, use ladders, and work in confined spaces; good communication and customer service skills; valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle for work; proficiency in general maintenance equipment usage.
