Position: Groundskeeper
About: As a Groundskeeper, this position is responsible for maintaining the safety and appearance of the common areas of the property.
Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D; Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities; Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy; Ability to use hand and power tools; Must be able to lift 50 lbs; Must be able to stand, walk, and complete physical labor for up to eight hours per day; Ability to communicate and comprehend in English; Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day
